How many songs can you name that reference the Embarcadero?

I can think of three: “Via Chicago” by Wilco, “Dead Faces” by Okkervil River, and “This Side of the Blue” by Joanna Newsom. A pretty trivial thing to know, certainly, but the reference has been bugging me for a few days. I wonder what makes this place so appealing/romantic/poetic?
