I’ve been at work since 10am on Tuesday morning, although I went back to my apartment and took a shower this afternoon. Oohh yeaahh.

I did things a little backwards yesterday: drank beers at work, then came home and ran. It was pretty short — 2 miles — but it was the first time in recent memory where I got to run on two consecutive nights. Last night was so much easier than usual, and I generally have terrible stamina.
That was my last run in Crown Heights, too; Alex Baker and I are moving here tomorrow.
